Ladies annnd Gentlemen!
Out for a coffee in a secret alley the other day I read through an old edition of Oyster Magazine, and it was a very touching story about a retired circus artiste, and how circus at one time was the show on everyone's lips and how highly respected they once were. Photographer Rafal described his encounter beautifully:
"When you meet something that should be funny, colorful or amusing but is completely the opposite, it wakes up your imagination".
- Photographer Rafal Milach, when meeting with retired Soviet circus artiste Jozef Maksymiuk (59).
