I'm really not opposed!
Thanks, Fabio, for indulging us with these candy-looking gems of furniture. You never fail to gosh us. Grazie!

♥
A little while ago the Kït went to The Sunday Markets at Blå in Oslo, and got these plastic beauties for the magical and very "1995"-price of 10kr! I try wearing them everyday, and the days I don't, I kinda apologize to them (when certain of being alone in the room talking to them) for not bringing them with me today. It's really not because you're not good enough today, but my other earrings are starting to get a little jealous also. Don't tell them, but I do love you the most.
Fuck yeah
For all of you other tattoo-passionistas, this site is unreal. It shows so many pictures of various tattoos, and they are 99% awesome, for following criteria: bizarre, cool, funny, dope, dry-wit, exquisite and straight down entertaining.
Heaps of ideas..... Itchy. Itchy.

outcast
An outcast (also known as an unpopular person, a reject, or a social reject), is a person who is rejected, and sometimes isolated, by society in general.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outcast
If literally, directly- translated into norwgian the word outcast, in norwegian utkast (- well the proper translation of the word would be utskudd, but in this case we focus on the direct translated pronunciation of the word, haha if that is something you can say! )
Utkast in norwegian means draft or sketch.
Before this gets too confusing I will get to the point, - in march 2010 a few girls got a cheap studio in a shoppingmall, they got the studio for 4 months +-. Finally they got a place to work.
The catch? they have to sell something and have opening hours.
the utkAst designproject 2010 is born. A draft for dreams!
So from now and till medio august/september you can visit the studio and indulge in some beautiful art made by local artists - and with reasonable prices. The opening hours vary a fair bit, but the regular ones are tuesdays and thursdays from 17.00-20.00 and wednesdays from 12.00-20.00.
Two of the artists are Ingrid Holand and Randi Antonsen - there are at the moment about 5 artists who exhitit their work at the studio/gallery.
Take a look at the website for more information - www.utkast.no
(btw.unforunately not all the content on the website is translated into english)
have a blast!

Brett Manning
Brett is a girl. These are only a few from Brett's selection of gobsmacking paintings and sketches. It's one of those "I'll say no more - follow the link and see for yourself"-ones.......
Love love love.

Melissa Auf der Maur
An extrordinarily talented Fire of A Woman, who's been healing my bones the last couple of weeks (where the hell have you been my last 27 years!?).. She used to play bass for the great 90's band Hole (where Courtney Love did lead vocals), and is now doing her own fab stuff.
Thanks shitloads, Melissa.
À Bout de Souffle
Not necessarily my favourite movie of all time, but this movie has about the best scenes there are.. Here are some pictures from Patricia's apartment where Michel is just being a nag, but there's so much more to the whole scene - which is very long, and it's just so esthetically beautiful..
